醫界大突破 老細胞返老還童

(中央社記者陳清芳台北10日電)中央大學和國泰醫院發表幹細胞新技術,可以快速蒐集幹細胞,還能將成熟老化的細胞返老還童,變成誘導型萬能幹細胞,特性與生命初始的胚胎幹細胞類似,激發最大的再生能力。
中央大學化學與材料學系教授(木通)口亞紺指出,研究團隊以人類纖維母細胞做為研究對象,用生物工程的方式進行誘導分化,使得這個成熟老化細胞具有分化成內胚層、中胚層、外胚層的能力,變成誘導型萬能幹細胞,近似胚胎幹細胞。
